SUPERVISION

We have experience in integration of management and supervision of the Contracts under the projects of International finance organization and Ukrainian norms and standards.

The services generally include but not limited to:

• Supervise the works being carried out by the Contractors, including the supervision of equipment delivery and installation and completion of civil construction works;
• Supervise scope and cost of works under the Contracts;
• Contract management;
• Supervise quality of materials and construction according to the acting construction norms and rules for acceptance of construction;
• Review and approve any variation orders, acceptance certificates etc;
• Supervise and take part in pre-commissioning and commissioning;
• Preparation of project delivery in terms stipulated in the Contracts;
• Issue of all documents, incl. Interim Certificates, list of defects and production of documents during the Defects Liability Period (i.e. Defects Liability Certificate, the Final Accounts).
