The applied standard documents include both World bank and FIDIC standard bidding documents for Consultant selection, Works and Supply and Installation assignments.

Services for Employer include

• Preparation of procurement strategy and procurement plans.
• Market analysis and development of qualification criteria.
• Preparation of the pre-qualification documents.
• Preparation of the bidding documents.
• Preparation of the Employer’s requirements, including the Technical specifications and Drawings.
• Preparation of drafts of Addendums, Replies to Requests for Clarification, other responses, organization of the Pre-bid conference.
• Preparation of Contract part.
• Assistance to evaluation of the proposals.
• Finalization of the Contract.

Services for Potential bidder include

• Market analysis.
• Selection of equipment.
• Assistance in preparation of the Bid proposals in accordance with Instruction for Bidders reflected in the Bidding documents.
• Support during tender process.
• We do not provide Services for the same tender process to Employer and Potential Bidder.
